Just dropped in for a quick coffee whilst I was in Surry Hills. Very friendly staff and cool mural painted by some famous Mexican hip hop guy apparently! Very good coffee and from what I could see lots of colourful lunch dishes being consumed! The specials board included such healthy options as Smoked Ocean Trout salad, Barramundi salad, Roasted Vegan salad and Prawn Risotto. The list of specialty teas and cold pressed juices is also quite impressive! Look forward to coming back to eat!

Bloody fantastic Cafe which is so close to work and yet I only visited today. Lovely staff and a great menu. I got the Spanish chorizo eggs which were so goood. Turmeric latte was fab too.

Raita Noda, the ex-chef in the Ocean Room (the best Japanese food I've ever had, now, I knew that this place would be just as good if not better. With a price of 200 dollars per capita, maximum Seating of 8 guests, this little place certainly had that the small town had high expectations. Grief Grief The place itself is very cozy and intimate. Imagine a teenager, small hotel bar, which only suits 8 people sitting along the bar. As soon as 8 people sit, there are more difficult, every room. Only enough space behind the chairs to sneak for a toilet break. And boy, because they need them for 10 courses, is a loooong night. Grief Grief Raita Noda is the chef together with his son to help. They introduce themselves and explain how the night works. There is no such a menu because the courses are created with the freshest products that you buy daily from the markets. The minimum expenditure is 200 US dollars per person, ie $ 150 for the Omakase tasting, and the rest is up to you if you choose wine, beer, sake, etc., we had a bottle of red and a bottle of sake .
