This place has been on my list of "must try" for so long and I finally got the chance to try it, located in the streets of Darlinghurst. As soon as we walked into the dining area which is nicely decorated with simplistic modern round lights, we were politely greeted by a waitstaff (she was exceptional all night, great recommendation and great service) and seated at our table. I do recommend booking a table for groups of 4 or more as seating does seem limited and this place does get booked out.
We ordered quite a few dishes as the servings were small and great to share, the highlight of the night was definitely the the raw king salmon($19), the sweet and tangy lime dressing goes amazingly well with the tender salmon pieces and the plating was amazing!!
The other 2 must try dishes of this winter there is the truffle mushroom($5ea) & the taro layer cake ($16)with truffle (+$15)custard and don't forget to add your truffle shavings!
The not so great is the oysters, not really sure if they salted the oysters before hand but they were.. let me tell you.. super SALTY.
Overall experience was great!! Good food, great wine & better company
